The 3rd generation high-resolution inkjet printer is based on HP-TIJ technology, coupled with the latest LGCS control technology. All-in-one Case Erector Loader Sealer KZF-550R3 incorporates advanced technologies both home and abroad. Automatic stacking, case erector driven by servo, loader by four-axis Yamaha robot, and sealer are integrated in one machine, with a PLC+HMI operating system. Applicable to automatically packing various sizes of products, the machine can be used solo or integrated with the proceeding packing machine to form a packaging line.

High-speed automatic continuous Cartoner ZHJ300 is a new model independently developed by our parent company, a high-tech product integrating technologies of photo electronics, pneumatics and mechanics. The design prototype is based on packing multiple sizes of bottles and leaflets, with maximal cartoning speed of 300 cartons per minute. It is also applicable to automatic loading and cartoning of bar-shape products, ointments and sachets. Inline material conveying and inspection, carton pick-up forming and conveying, material feeding, batch mark embossing, top and bottom tuck in locking (or hot melt gluing), empty carton rejection and final product discharging are all processed automatically.

It is used for production lines integration in a wide variety of industries and can deliver moving and stacking tasks efficiently.
