All-in-one Case Erector Loader Sealer KZF-550R2 incorporates advanced technologies both home and abroad. Automatic stacking, case erector driven by servo, loader by four-axis Yamaha robot, and sealer are integrated in one machine, with a PLC+HMI operating system. Applicable to automatically packing various sizes of products, the machine can be used solo or integrated with the proceeding packing machine to form a packaging line.   The machine stacks and collates the cardboard blanks (KNF) according to the required numbers of products to be packed. The four-axis Yamaha robot arm will pick and place the product into the case after stacking and case will be sealed after loading. The machine can be equipped with conveyor roller as per customer’s requirement to be integrated with labeling machine and strapping machine. KZF-550R2 is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other light industries.
