WORKING PRINCIPLE

The model inverting filter centrifuge divides the traditional horizontal centrifuge rotating components into two parts:the internal and external shafting of synchronous rotation.The outer shaft is axially fixed,and the inner shaft can move axially under the action of the mechanical device.The filter cloth is bag-shaped,one end is fixed on the big end of the outer shaft of the drum,and the other end is fixed on the small end of the inner shaft of the pusher shaft.When separating,the filtrate penetrates the filter cloth and the rotating drum under the action of centrifugal force,and the solid is trapped by the filter cloth to form a filter cake.When unloading,under the action of the synchronous mechanism,the inner shaft is pushed out in the axial direction and drives the filter bag to reverse,and then the filter cake s discharged and the filter cloth is regenerated.The centrifuge retracts the inner shaft and locks it,then enters the next working cycle.

MAIN APPLICATIONS

The filter cake crystal shape is not destroyed.

The centrifuge is used to process difficult-to-filter feeds,and multiple filtration methods are used to filter a small a mount of feed each time. Applied to the requirement of unloading without residual filter cake,the batch of feeds does not cross

Special occasions requiring closed explosion-proof,people can not touch,etc.
