WORKING PRINCIPLE

This machine integrates mixing and separation, with a compact structure. Accelerate the separation of liquid-liquid phases with specific gravity differences using centrifugal force.

The two immiscible liquid phases enter the outer chamber of the rotor through two feeding ports and mix rapidly with the rotation of the rotor. The mixed liquid enters the interior of the rotor through the channel at the bottom of the rotor. The rotor with self-priming pump function is divided into four vertical chambers inside, and the incoming liquid is balanced with each other. The liquid gradually separates as it flows from bottom to top inside the rotor.

The separation zone extends from the baffle to the light phase weir, ensuring sufficient time to form a liquid-liquid interface. The separated liquid-liquid phases are collected in their respective collection chambers through light and heavy phase weirs and discharged from their respective outlets. The heavy phase weir plate can be removed and replaced to change the diameter of the weir plate.
