Robotic KZF-550R1 Kuka-Based Case Packer for Automated Packaging

All-in-one Case Erector Loader Sealer KZF-550R1 incorporates advanced technologies both home and abroad. Automatic stacker, case erector driven by servo, loader by Kuka robot, and sealer are integrated in one machine, with a PLC+HMI operating system. Applicable to automatically packing various sizes of products, the machine can be used solo or integrated with the proceeding packing machine to form a packaging line. The machine stacks and collates the cardboard blanks (KNF) according to the required numbers of products to be packed. The Kuka robot arm will pick and place the product into the case after stacking and case will be sealed after loading. The machine can be equipped with conveyor roller as per customer’s requirement to be integrated with labeling machine and strapping machine. KZF-550R1 is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other light industries.
