Características:

1. Forming, heating sealing, batch marking, impression and cutting are with rack mandrel for exact and easy fixed position. By shaking the crank handle, various devices can move easily and freely on the mandrel. It is equipped with ruler for easy correction and accurate orientation.

2. Robotic traction, using a double pendulum device, increasing the adjustable range of traction stroke (up to 180mm), can adapt to the packaging of various sizes of pharmaceutical plates. The machine is with plate heating, positive pressure forming, upper and lower screen pattern, cylinder heat sealing, automatic feeding, automatic creasing and marking of batch number, automatic punching and cutting section. It’s simple and reliable.

3. Positive pressure air forming coupled with the configuration of mechanical punch ensures uniform and stiff blister forming, which is suitable for the packaging of large dense pills, medical devices and other large sizes or special shapes; with the special automatic feeder, it can be adapted to the packaging of ampoule, injections, vials, etc., and has a wide range of application.

4. The main drive part adopts parallel shaft helical gear reducer, and the format for forming, heat sealing and creasing are positioned by pin and fastened by pressure plate, with accurate positioning, easy format changeovers and saving package material.

5. In order to facilitate the access of the machine to the workshop, the machine body can be made modular according to the user’s requirements.
