Intermittent forward-push cartoning machine ZHJ-60 is a new model developed by our company in combination with advanced technology at home and abroad. It is a high-tech product integrating photo electronics, pneumatics and mechanics. Intermittent Cartoner ZHJ-60T is a high-tech product incorporating photo electronics, pneumatics and mechanics. The model features collating and packing heterogeneous large-sized products, such as sachets, steaks and big bottles, into cartons in daily chemical, food, electronic and pharmaceutical industries. The machine can convey and test product inline, fold leaflet (1 to 4 folds) and transmit it, suck, form and transmit cartons, detect box opening, detect leaflet in the carton, detect product in the carton, emboss steel batch number, tuck in both ends of the carton (applicable to hot melt adhesive), reject cartons missing product or leaflet and discharge finished products. The maximal stable operation of the machine is 40 cartons per minute, while the maximum speed can reach 60 cartons per minute. It can be integrated with the proceeding equipment to form a production line, or achieve semi-automatic operation by manual feeding. Subsequent equipment such as bundler, cellophane overwrapping machine or case packer can be linked to optimize production automation

Features

3.1 The equipment design principle refers to the international advanced design concept to ensure the rationality and stability of the design.

3.2 Equipment material: The base frame is welded with square steel. After half a year to one year of failure treatment in the natural state, the internal residual stress is eliminated to ensure the accuracy of equipment assembly and stable operation of the equipment.

3.3 Processing accuracy:The key components of the equipment are processed by CNC machine tools and CNC machining centers to ensure the processing accuracy and smooth operation of the equipment.

3.4 The key parts of the electrical part of the equipment use the world’s top brand products (see the configuration list for details) to ensure the stability of the equipment under high speed conditions.

3.5 Using imported Siemens touch screen human-machine interface, with equipment operating parameters display, fault display and other functions, simple and clear operation, fast and accurate trouble-shooting.

3.6 The equipment design is in line with the principle of people-oriented, with humanized design in many places. The operation button uses low-voltage control of high-voltage, leakage protection switch, door protection, and isolation transformer to ensure the safety of electrical components and the personal safety of operators.

3.7 Equipped with the overload protection system of the whole machine and the overload protection system of the servo pusher. When there is overload such as jamming or seizing-up, it will automatically stop, and the overload position will be displayed on the touch screen to reduce the damage to the equipment.

3.8 The packaging process prioritizes product. When there is no product, leaflets will not sucked and picked, nor will cartons, and pushers will not work, to ensure the rate of qualified product and reduce waste of packaging material.

3.9 The pusher is a single servo pusher, which pushes the leaflet and the product into the carton at the same time, so that the product and the leaflet can enter the packaging carton safely and smoothly. Without damage to products and cartons, it reduces packaging waste and improves yield.

3.10 No need to replace the format when the product is changed within a certain specification, only simple adjustment is needed.

3.11 The equipment carton magazine can be lifted, which is convenient for machine adjustment and maintenance.

3.12 The equipment will shut down if it fails to open the box for 3 consecutive times, stop if there is no leaflet signal for 3 consecutive times, or if the product is not put into the box. If there is no product, the carton and the leaflet will not be loaded. If there is product but without carton, the product will not be pushed. If the leaflet is not inserted, the carton containing only product will be rejected.

    What routine maintenance needs to be done?

    Regularly lubricate moving parts (such as cams and chains). Clean photoelectric sensors and vacuum cups. Check the wear of wearing parts (such as push rods and folding plates).
