All in One Case Erector Loader Sealer KZF-550A incorporates advanced technologies both at home and abroad. Integrating automatic stacker, case erector, loader and sealer in one machine, comprising pick & place mechanisms for  interlayer cardboard as well as QC passes, a PLC+14 HMI operating system facilitates case erecting and loading by servo module. Applicable to automatic packing of various sizes of products. The machine can be used solo or integrated with the proceeding packing machine to complete end-of-line packaging.

Features

  1. PLC + HMI controls automatic counting, stacking, case erecting, loading and sealing.
  2. Automatic stacking system is adjustable according to the size of the carton and the stacking pattern.
  3. Not less than 10 placements per minute for quick case loading.
  4. Servo drive for case erector ensures stable and reliable process..
  5. Highly compatible. Handwheels with scales are set for adjustment and fine-tuning.
