Encartonneuse intelligente ZHJ-300 pour diverses industries

High-speed automatic continuous Cartoner ZHJ300 is a new model independently developed by our parent company, a high-tech product integrating technologies of photo electronics, pneumatics and mechanics. The design prototype is based on packing multiple sizes of bottles and leaflets, with maximal cartoning speed of 300 cartons per minute. It is also applicable to automatic loading and cartoning of bar-shape products, ointments and sachets. Inline material conveying and inspection, carton pick-up forming and conveying, material feeding, batch mark embossing, top and bottom tuck in locking (or hot melt gluing), empty carton rejection and final product discharging are all processed automatically. The machine can be integrated with blister machine, sachet packing machine, liquid filling machine, cellophane overwrapping machine (stretch bander), case packer and other machines for mass production.

Caractéristiques

1. Easily visible open balcony design and continuous back pushing with 21 groups of pushing shafts. A perfect combination of aluminum alloy, stainless steel and tempered glass makes the machine look chic and elegant.

2. SEW main motor and timing-belt main drive ensures transmission efficiency, low noise, and durability.

3. Wires and pneumatic tubes concealed in stainless steel slots improves the aesthetics inside the machine. Insulated operation area from transmission area avoids cross interventions. Rotation of the control cabinet from 0 to 100 degrees eases maintenance and cleaning.

4. The width of the conveyor belt is adjustable according to the product specifications at the front of the line. The layers of blisters can be set based on the carton specifications. The loading speed is synchronized with that of feeding.

5. Adjusting the pusher and the widths of product and carton outside the machine allows easy access and spacious maneuver.

6. The carton magazine can be lifted overhead for convenient commissioning.

7. Picking up cartons by multiple suction heads ensures more efficient automatic carton forming and loading. 500-1000 cartons can be stored in the magazine.

8. Various checking devices are in place, such as rejecting cartons of missing product or leaflet, or those failed to be locked and sealed.
