Roller-type blister packing machine seals and packages blisters by aluminum/plastic (PTP/PVC) for medicines (tablets or capsules), food, medical devices, health products, electronic components and other similar products. Positive pressure forming and rotary sealing produces flat and neat blisters with full and smooth pockets. The speed of 80 punches per minute (4 blisters/punch and 320 blisters/minute) creates roughly double output of other ordinary blister machines. The machine integrates the advantages of both plate-type and roller-type blister machines, configured with a special tablet feeder (or an automatic capsule U-turn reorientation device), characteristic of high punch frequency, low energy consumption, accurate and stable process, easy format changeover and high yield, especially adaptive to out-of-shape drugs and blisters, thus resulting in great improvement of production efficiency. The holistic design is more reasonable, using frequency control and automatic control technology integrating machine, electricity, light and air. With GMP-compliant complete system, the machine adopts modular design.

Features：

1. Equipped with a 360° rotary high-speed vacuum suction plate rejecting and conveying device, a shared decelerator for both rejection transmission and stroke transmission ensures synchronization of rejection speed and stroke speed.

2. Le dispositif de refroidissement par eau pour la matrice à rouleau maintient l'utilisation continue de la matrice à rouleau de thermoscellage dans le processus de production, évite l'impact sur le blister par la température élevée du rouleau et élimine efficacement le froissement de la feuille d'aluminium causé par le rayonnement thermique.

3. La connexion de l'entraînement principal par poulie synchro et courroie synchro évite les vibrations causées par la transmission lors d'un fonctionnement à grande vitesse et réduit le bruit de l'équipement.

4. Le processus de formage, de thermoscellage, de codage par lots, de poinçonnage et de découpe, chacun contrôlé par des décélérateurs séparés, entraînés par des arbres et des tiges pendulaires de connexion, permet une vitesse plus rapide, un niveau de durabilité plus élevé et un bruit plus faible.
