Roller-type blister packing machine seals and packages blisters by aluminum/plastic (PTP/PVC) for medicines (tablets or capsules), food, medical devices, health products, electronic components and other similar products. Positive pressure forming and rotary sealing produces flat and neat blisters with full and smooth pockets. The speed of 80 punches per minute (3 blisters/punch and 240 blisters/minute) creates roughly double output of other ordinary blister machines. The machine integrates the advantages of both plate-type and roller-type blister machines, configured with a special tablet feeder (or an automatic capsule U-turn reorientation device), featuring high punch frequency, low energy consumption, accurate and stable process, easy format changeover and high yield, especially adaptive to a wide range of drugs and blisters, thus resulting in great improvement of production efficiency. The design is quite reasonable, using frequency control and automatic control technology integrating machine, electricity, light and air. Features:

1. Equipped with a 360° rotary high-speed vacuum suction plate rejecting and conveying device, a shared decelerator for both rejection transmission and stroke transmission ensures synchronization of rejection speed and stroke speed.
