Product introduction

The roller-type blister packing machine is a special equipment for blister aluminum (PTP) / plastic (PVC) composite sealing packaging for medicine (tablets, capsule), food, medical devices, health products, electronic components and similar materials. Due to positive pressure forming and rolling pressure heat sealing, it has the characteristics of crisp blister and flat sections. The number of stamping can reach 180 times per minute, about 4-5 times higher than the ordinary blister packing machine. It sets the advantages of flat and drum bubble packaging machine, and with special special powder feeder (can also be equipped with automatic capsule turn machine), with high cutting frequency, energy consumption, accurate action, stability, convenient mold replacement, high yield characteristics, especially can adapt to various heterogeneous drugs and sections, production efficiency.

Equipment characteristics / advantages

1, is equipped with a 360-degree high-speed rotary suction plate removal conveyor, sharing the same reducer as the cutting transmission, to ensure that the removal speed fully matches the cutting speed.

The 2, roller mold adopts water cooling device, which can protect the continuous use time in the production process, avoid the impact of excessive temperature on the blister, and effectively avoid the wrinkle of aluminum foil caused by thermal radiation.

The 3, main transmission connection adopts synchronous wheel and synchronous belt drive to avoid the transmission belt vibration and buffer effect under high-speed operation, and the equipment manic noise is lower.

4, forming, heat seal, batch number and cutting station are controlled by a separate reducer, using shaft and connection swing rod drive between each other, faster, longer service life, lower manic sound.
