This unit is composed of a bag storage, a bag-taking and bag-arranging device, a bag-loading manipulator, a bag-clamping and discharging device, a bag-holding and pushing device, a bag-mouth guiding device, a vacuum system, and a control system, etc. The unit configuration is: weighing scale + fully automatic high-speed bag-loading machine + heat-sealer + finished-product conveyor. Requirements for packaging bags: The distance between the materials and the top of the bag mouth should be no less than 220mm. The bag mouths of the inner PE bags must be flush at the top and sealed together.
