Automatic Facial Mask and Cosmetic Cartoner ZHJ-100B

Intermittent Cartoner ZHJ-100B features multiple servo feeding, integrating photoelectric, pneumatic and mechanic properties, applicable to packing tablets, facial masks (linings), drug bottles, lotions, cosmetics and other similar products into cartons. Out-of-stock and short-of-stock alerts in the carton and lining magazines where buzzer alarms when the inventory falls to the lower limit. Both magazines can hoard up to 600 cartons and lining cardboards. The timing belt for feeding is equipped with detection device. With a clip-type carton placing mechanism, cartons won’t be rubbed and scratched. The stable output of this machine is 60 cartons/minute, and the maximum can reach 80 carton/minute. It can also be integrated with other modules such as bundling machine, cellophane wrapper or case packer to achieve streamline production.
