1. Stable performance, easy format changeover and adjustment of different sizes of cartons. Fully automatic process of leaflet folding, carton forming, loading of product and leaflet, batch mark embossing, and carton sealing and discharging.

2. With upper and lower feedings. Neither leaflet nor carton will be delivered without blister. Metal detection and rejection system is in place so empty cartons will be rejected.

3. Batch mark embossing is set with roller-type steel alphabet dies, space of 3 rows, clear fonts and easy to install alphabet dies.

4. Double sucking heads permits automatic carton forming and loading. The magazine can hoard 500-800 cardboard blanks. Cartons are delivered by conveyor belt controlled by replenishing pneumatic cylinder.

5. State-of-the-art leaflet folding machine. The machine will alarm and stop for 3 consecutive absences of leaflet. The automatic paper feeding device consists of 7 groups of clips (with double leaflet detection devices).

6. With overload monitoring, empty cartons will be rejected at the discharging port and fault messages will be displayed after overloading.
